Are there still restrictions in Dubai? What is open or closed?
✓ As a destination, the city adopts the highest international health and safety standards enabling the city to ensure the wellbeing of all our visitors remains the highest priority. Everyone must observe social distancing guidelines and abide by the instructions and preventive measures outlined by concerned authorities for example wearing masks and washing hands regularly.
✓ Family entertainment, attractions, observation decks, public transport, parks, beaches as well as shopping malls and restaurants & cafes are open and fully operating. All activities follow strict and frequent hygiene and sanitization measures as per international health and safety standards, as well as implemented temperature checks to ensure the safety of guests.

Travel to Dubai requirements:

What are the international travel requirements for traveling to Dubai?
The following requirements are necessary when traveling to Dubai:

✓ Fulfill entry visa requirements to visit the UAE.
✓ Ensure you have medical travel insurance covering COVID-19 before traveling, in the event you do not have international coverage.
✓ Travelers bear full responsibility and liability for their actions and decision to travel including checking the COVID-19 situation of the country they wish to visit, as well as self-monitoring any symptoms they may experience.
✓ Tourists may either show their PCR test result (which is valid for 96 hours) upon their arrival to Dubai or carry out a test at the relevant Dubai airport.ç
✓ A declaration must be signed to bear all costs of quarantine and treatment and complete the Health Declaration Form before departure including ensuring the passenger has no COVID-19 symptoms.
✓ Tourists are required to register all their details in the COVID-19 DXB app on arrival.
What procedures are applicable upon arrival at Dubai Airports?
✓ In the event a tourist is not carrying a valid PCR test result, a test is carried out at the relevant Dubai airport.
✓ The PCR test may be repeated for tourists who have tested negative prior to departure but display COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival.
✓ All passengers have their temperature taken with thermal screening devices on arrival.
✓Tourists bear full responsibility for their actions and compliance with physical distancing, wearing masks, and self-monitoring in respect to any symptoms they experience.
What are the procedures for leaving Dubai Airports after arrival?
✓ Tourists are required to download the COVID-19 DXB app.
✓ A 14-day quarantine is imposed for all positive COVID-19 cases. Strict compliance with the procedures set out for positive cases by the Dubai COVID-19 Command and Control Centre regulation, which include institutional quarantine (dedicated hotels), home quarantine or hospitalization depending on the health condition, and isolation requirements.
✓- Compliance with all precautionary measures applied in Dubai (wearing masks, maintaining 2m social distance and washing hands regularly).
Do I need a COVID-19 test when traveling to Dubai?
